Working closely with cross-functional technical teams and client groups, you will apply structured ITIL service management practices to ensure secure authentication, certificate management, and role-based access across enterprise environments.
Location: Toronto, ON (Fully Onsite – 5 days/week required)
Duration: 8-month contract.

Responsibilities
System Sustainment & Operations: Monitor system health, performance, and operational status across development, UAT, and production IAM environments, managing starting/stopping, backups, recoveries, certificate renewals, and performance tuning.
Incident & Problem Resolution: Act as a Tier-2/Tier-3 subject matter expert to triage, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and security integration incidents.
Client Integration Support: Analyze client technical requirements to design, test, document, and deploy secure identity and access integration patterns across web and backend applications.
Maintenance & Patch Management: Plan and execute routine operational maintenance, including patch installations, software updates, and configuration enhancements.
Process & Automation Development: Construct scripts, utilities, queries, and automated workflows to streamline integration tasks and enhance overall system supportability.
On-Call Support & ITIL Governance: Participate in 24x7 on-call production support rotations while strictly adhering to ITIL incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
Documentation & Technical Artifacts: Author and update technical procedures, system maintenance guides, integration patterns, and operational support documentation.
Qualifications
IAM System Sustainment Seniority: 10+ years of hands-on experience sustaining (administration, operations, support, patching, monitoring) COTS-based identity and access management systems (Strictly Required).
Oracle IAM Expertise: Minimum 4 years of dedicated experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus (OIAM 12c preferred) (Strictly Required).
Large-Scale Incident Triage: 10+ years of experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex application issues for enterprise systems supporting over 10,000 users (Strictly Required).
Quality Assurance & Change Management: 10+ years of experience applying quality control methodologies, change management, and release management processes to large-scale deployments (Strictly Required).
Infrastructure & Security Stack: Extensive background supporting technology stacks including Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebSphere, Apache, Tomcat, IIS, Oracle Database 19c, PKI/SSL encryption, and system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios).
