Responsibilities
Cloud Migration & Modernization: Provide senior-level engineering leadership to upgrade legacy 11G Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM) infrastructure to modern Oracle Advanced Risk Manager (OARM) solutions on containerized cloud platforms.
Infrastructure Design: Translate high-level conceptual blueprints into logical and physical application architectures that maximize system performance, security, and cloud elasticity.
Containerization Engineering: Architect, configure, and optimize the deployment of enterprise Oracle identity applications inside cloud-native container orchestration networks.
High Availability Configuration: Establish and refine highly resilient active-active multi-data center configurations to ensure high availability and robust disaster recovery capabilities.
Platform Integration: Coordinate the deep technical integration between adaptive authentication layers, enterprise directory structures, and large-scale relational database engines.
Comprehensive Documentation: Produce clear, concise technical artifacts, including low-level design blueprints, physical application schemas, deployment manifests, and system integration playbooks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with distributed infrastructure specialists, network engineers, database administrators, and cloud operations squads to isolate technical barriers and execute seamless platform cutovers.
Qualifications
Oracle IAM Seniority: Minimum of 5 years of verified experience operating as a Solution Engineer on Oracle Identity Access Management systems (specifically 12C), with a proven track record modeling end-to-end infrastructure.
Adaptive Authentication Depth: Minimum of 3 years of deep solution development and policy engineering experience with 11G OAAM (Oracle Adaptive Access Manager).
High Availability Mastery: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience designing and setting up resilient active-active multi-data center configurations.
Database Integration: Minimum of 3 years of direct integration experience bridging OAAM components with underlying Oracle database clusters.
Kubernetes & Cloud Literacy: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience deploying, hosting, and managing enterprise Oracle software suites within Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift container environments on AWS.
Industry Alignment: Must be actively associated or affiliated with a recognized Gold Oracle IAM Partner.
Agile Tooling & Troubleshooting: Expert-level capability diagnosing complex authentication, encryption (PKI, TLS/SSL), and directory bugs, utilizing JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD automation pipelines.
