Responsibilities
• Managing a high volume of inbound customer requests via phone and email, providing technical specifications and pricing for electrical solutions.

• Identifying and suggesting high-quality alternative products when primary stock is unavailable, ensuring client projects remain on schedule.
• Maintaining a rigorous follow-up cadence on all outstanding quotations to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
• Driving business development through at least four targeted outbound calls daily, reconnecting with dormant accounts and identifying new project leads.
• Negotiating pricing and lead times with vendors to maintain competitive margins while meeting customer budget constraints.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of dedicated experience within the electrical or industrial distribution industry.
• Proven track record in an inside sales or account management capacity, demonstrating consistent quota attainment.
• Strong digital literacy, specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM/ERP platforms.
• Ability to commute daily to the Mississauga, ON area.
• Professional fluency in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems; specific experience with AS400 or Microsoft Dynamics is considered a significant asset.
