Our team is seeking a Senior Integration Operations Software Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize an enterprise integration platform within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. In this role, you will provide critical Tier 3 production operations, onboard development teams onto Azure API Management (APIM), maintain CI/CD pipelines, and resolve complex integration issues across hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 production support and operational maintenance for enterprise integration platforms and APIs.
- Onboard application and business teams onto Azure API Management (APIM), configuring policies and endpoints.
- Maintain, monitor, and optimize integration platforms, Azure App Services, and .NET-based solutions through hands-on operational and engineering activities.
- Maintain and update Azure DevOps build and release pipelines to ensure reliable application deployments and branch governance.
- Troubleshoot end-to-end data flow issues between integrated systems, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and restore critical services during production failures.
Qualifications
- Several years of hands-on software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years dedicated to Integration Platform Engineering Support.
- API Development Depth: Minimum 5+ years building integration technologies and enterprise APIs.
- Azure & DevOps Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of proven, hands-on, expert-level experience building Azure integrations (Azure Functions, Azure API Management) and utilizing Azure DevOps.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience authoring enterprise-grade Terraform.
- Identity & Access Management: Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience configuring and administering Microsoft Entra ID in an enterprise environment.
- Security & Location: Located in Canada and eligible to obtain Reliability Status clearance.
Valued Assets:
- Hands-on experience architecting or operating Azure Application Gateway in conjunction with Azure APIM.
- Experience monitoring and maintaining integration solutions across hybrid environments (Azure and on-premises).
- Working knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Azure App Services, and .NET-based solutions.
- Strong incident triage, root cause analysis, and communication skills during Sev-1/Sev-2 production events.
