Generative & Agentic AI Engineering: Design and implement solutions utilizing Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous Agentic AI frameworks.
Knowledge-Grounded Retrieval (RAG): Architect advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, designing vector database schemas, semantic search patterns, and secure enterprise knowledge repository connectors.
Conversational Journey & Dialog Architecture: Map complex customer journeys, intent models, multi-turn dialog flows, entity structures, and conversational taxonomies to modernize legacy Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platforms.
Prompt Engineering & Guardrail Governance: Establish prompt engineering standards and orchestration logic; design robust AI guardrails (safety controls, content moderation, response validation, grounding techniques, and hallucination mitigation).
Contact Centre Platform Integration: Architect seamless cloud integrations connecting AI agents with enterprise contact centre technology engines such as Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, or Cisco Contact Center.
