Responsibilities
• Lead and contribute to the development of ODP’s technology strategy in alignment with enterprise strategy and architecture
• Lead the development of strategy execution plans and ODP roadmap
• Lead and contribute to the development of ODP development and operational processes
• Evangelize strategy and implementation plans with various stakeholders to secure buy-in
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data Stewardship to ensure strategic and execution alignment and support
• Partner with various IT clusters and ministries to support the alignment to ODP
• Lead and contribute to the creation of strategic and tactical executive communication and general collateral
• Contribute to enterprise and solution architecture, management and financial artifacts
• Actively lead and participate in program and project management of various ODP initiatives
• Lead the creation and execution of RFP’s, RFS’s to support the capability growth of ODP
Qualifications
Must have
• 15+ years of experience in data & AI strategy and execution in a large multi-stakeholder environment
• Experience with Data & AI Governance processes and technologies
• Experience with Azure and Databricks as well as AI technologies
General Skills
• Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of Enterprise Architecture
• Knowledge and experience in Application architecture, Technology Architecture, Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Demonstrated Strategic thinking and development, aligns strategic objectives with technology and resources
• Ability to define business capabilities and processes
• Experience providing direction on operationalizing business strategy including systems, processes and required data.
• Demonstrated Transformation thinking, and understanding of data interdependencies • Experience identifying technology risks and mitigations
• Experience developing IT strategy aligned with business vision
• Ability to streamline application landscape for optional performance, decommission redundancy and reduce cost
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
• A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
Desirable Skills:
• Experience in Stakeholder Engagement including presentations and briefing notes and conducting / facilitating meetings
• Experience and knowledge in Project Management
