Responsibilities
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather business requirements and map current vs. future state processes
• Document user stories, business workflows, use cases, and mock-ups to support development
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and validate outcomes through UAT
• Support change management and training activities to ensure successful implementation
• Liaise with privacy and security teams to complete risk and impact assessments
• Analyze existing documentation to extract business rules and logic for land title processes
• Contribute to planning, scheduling, and progress reporting on project deliverables
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment.
• 4 years of experience documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows.
• 3 years of experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process re-engineering workshops and sessions.
• 3 years of experience with user acceptance testing including creation of user acceptance plan, status reporting, and managing assigned tasks.
• 3 years of experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in drafting strategic business and technical documentation.
• 2 years of experience working within an agile development environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in IT or related field of study.
• 2 years of experience assisting in reviewing, evaluating and providing test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design specifications.
• 2 years of experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles.
• 2 years of experience exploring multiple design solutions to a given problem or feature, and communicating those solutions visually through sketches, user flows, wireframes, functional prototypes, and/or high-fidelity designs, as necessary.
• 2 years of experience in analyzing process maps, descriptions, and data flow diagrams of complex business processes to understand records that are produced.
• 2 years of experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across ministries or departments.
• 2 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions.
• 2 years of experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.).
