This is a 12-month contract which requires the talent to work onsite at our client's office in downtown Toronto 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and improve campaign performance using KPIs like ROAS, conversion rate, and CPC, through bid strategies, ad text optimization, and landing page improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements for paid search, display, and social campaigns.
• Manage and implement standardized programmatic campaign setups using third-party tools.
• Analyze campaign data to enhance performance across all campaign aspects (e.g., target ROAS, bids, keywords, ad text).
• Investigate and implement expanded capabilities within various marketing platforms.
• Maintain subject matter expertise in programmatic media, including testing new campaign structures, landing pages, and experiments.
• Stay current on industry research and share knowledge with other teams.
• Collaborate with business units, marketing, and product teams to establish leadership in programmatic performance media, particularly Google Ads and Facebook.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide tactical direction to business partners.
• Work with business stakeholders on forecasted spend and budget requirements.
Qualifications
Must Have:
• 7-10 years of digital marketing experience.
• Expertise in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns, especially programmatic and search engine marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of internet best practices, including digital tracking, programmatic marketing, and privacy.
• Highly organized, self-starter, comfortable with data, and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma.
Nice to Have:
• Financial services industry experience.
• 3-5 years' experience with third-party bid automation programs.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Tag Manager, Google Marketing Platform (DoubleClick/DV360), and/or Tableau.
