Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain middleware solutions across diverse platforms.
- Install, upgrade, and optimize enterprise integration tools (e.g., IBM ACE, WebSphere, MuleSoft).

- Monitor and troubleshoot performance, ensuring high availability and security compliance.

- Implement automated deployment and recovery strategies.

Qualifications
Core Technical Expertise:
- 7+ years in middleware/integration roles within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong background in synchronous/asynchronous integration patterns and APIs.
- Experience supporting high-availability and performance-sensitive systems.
Technology Proficiency:
- Expertise in middleware platforms: IBM ACE, WebSphere, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, or similar.
- Proficient with API management tools (e.g., IBM API Connect, Azure API Management).
- Familiar with messaging/event platforms (e.g., MQ, Kafka, JMS).
- Scripting and automation skills (Shell, Python, Ansible, Terraform).
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles.
- Security knowledge (OAuth2.0, SAML, mTLS, API keys).
Communication & Collaboration:
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business integration needs into technical solutions.
