Responsibilities
•MECM Implementation & Operations – Deploy, configure, and optimize MECM infrastructure; support software deployment, patch management, OS deployment, compliance reporting, and system performance.
•Transition to Intune – Plan, design, and implement Microsoft Intune policies; enable MECM + Intune co-management; establish compliance, configuration, and security baselines.
•Collaboration & Mentorship – Work with IT, security, and cross-functional teams to align solutions; mentor staff and share best practices; present updates to leadership.
•Risk Management & Continuous Improvement – Identify risks, recommend tools, and enhance endpoint management processes for efficiency, security, and user experience.
•Documentation & Standards – Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, guidelines, and playbooks for MECM and Intune operations.
Qualifications
•Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), including deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting.
•Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and the co-management model (MECM + Intune).
•Proven ability to design and implement Intune policies such as compliance baselines, security controls, and configuration profiles.
•Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, software deployment, patching, and endpoint security.
•Experience collaborating with IT security teams to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
•Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise IT environments.
•Excellent documentation, communication, and mentoring abilities to guide internal teams.
•Experience presenting technical strategies, designs, and progress updates to senior leadership.
