Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies and execution plans aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify risks, barriers, and enablers of successful change adoption.
Collaborate with initiative sponsors, business leaders, and program teams to ensure change activities are fully integrated with broader program plans.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across multiple lines of business, including communications, training, and sponsor involvement.

Identify people-related risks and resistance points; develop targeted mitigation strategies to address concerns proactively.
Ensure effective integration with other large-scale change programs, balancing short-term needs with long-term organizational growth and capability-building.
Create and maintain detailed change management roadmaps and progress tracking across all workstreams.
Apply a client-centric approach to ensure the voice of the client is represented in all change efforts.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
Proven success as a Senior Organizational Change Manager, delivering results in complex, multi-faceted environments.
Expertise in change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage senior management and executive stakeholders.
Advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Experience conducting stakeholder and portfolio impact assessments.
Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize change initiatives and make data-informed decisions.
A collaborative approach, fostering innovation, knowledge transfer, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset, empowering teams and driving successful outcomes.
Experience aligning change strategies with organizational objectives, particularly in Technology and P&CB (Personal & Commercial Banking) environments.
Nice to Have:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
Previous experience in the financial services industry, particularly in a change management role (3–5 years preferred).
