Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards to provide HR insights on workforce trends, engagement, and performance.
Manage and optimize HR systems and technologies, ensuring seamless integrations and process automation.
Oversee compensation planning, benchmarking, and payroll-related functions to support business scaling.
Guide employees through key People & Culture processes such as leave administration and benefits programs.
Contribute to organizational growth by analyzing people data and making recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in People & Culture, HRIS, or Total Rewards with a strong focus on data and systems.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced knowledge of HCM platforms (UKG Pro preferred) and HR analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and HR reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
HR certification (CHRP or working towards it) is an asset.
