Responsibilities
• Assess current Campus Solutions and HCM environments to identify opportunities for replacing custom code with delivered functionality.
• Lead de-customization strategies by performing detailed impact analysis and transition planning for core system modules.
• Partner with business teams to analyze and redesign processes to align with PeopleSoft standards and automation opportunities.
• Support data clean up initiatives by identifying redundant or inconsistent data and advising on sustainable governance practices.
• Document functional requirements and create detailed specifications, wireframes, and flowcharts for system improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement configuration changes and ensure solutions support future upgrade paths.
• Contribute to the overall testing strategy including system integration and user acceptance testing to validate final products.
Qualifications
• Ten or more years of experience working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Human Capital Management modules.
• Proven track record of leading de-customization and system rationalization initiatives within large ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture including PeopleTools, data structures, and the trade-offs between configuration and customization.
• Extensive experience in business process redesign and standardization specifically within the public sector or post-secondary institutions.
• Strong background in data quality initiatives and the application of data governance frameworks to complex systems.
