Responsibilities
• Establish testing approaches to measure results and confirm requirements are met
• Lead and coach a team of junior solution testers, providing guidance and oversight
• Review business requirements, provide input, and develop comprehensive test cases
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, including test data preparation and verification
• Conduct performance testing, including analysis, setup, and execution using appropriate tools
• Test REST APIs and develop API test scripts in Postman
• Track and report test results, metrics, and issues while supporting the project team with analysis and resolutions
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ combined education and experience in a software testing role
• Strong experience testing software applications in development environments, including writing test cases from requirements and design documents
• Proficiency in preparing test data, executing tests, verifying results, and logging issues
• Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Postman, and middleware like MuleSoft
• Expertise in performance testing, custom scripting (Python, JavaScript, Groovy), and testing SAP applications and interfaces
