Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports
• Lead data modeling efforts using Microsoft Fabric, Dataflows, and Data Lake solutions
• Design certified datasets and support implementation of governance practices
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Deliver user training and promote reporting best practices across business functions
• Integrate data from Excel, SharePoint, and other sources into centralized reporting tools
• Contribute to the development of sustainable data products and scalable reporting infrastructure
Qualifications
• 5+ years of expert-level Power BI experience, including DAX, Power Query, and SSRS Report Builder
• 3+ years in data modeling and architecture using Microsoft Fabric and Data Lake technologies
• Proven experience in developing certified datasets and establishing governance standards
• Strong communication skills and experience training non-technical users
• Certification in DP-700 and/or DP-600 preferred, along with a degree in Computer Science, Math, or Statistics
