Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Working with the team to define and own the Product Vision and translating high-level business goals into precise functional user requirements and a detailed product roadmap.
- Eliciting, leading the analysis, and verifying requirements using diverse techniques (interviews, workshops, use cases) to ensure they are complete, consistent, and verifiable.
- Creating and managing the product backlog, leading sprint planning sessions, providing clear and concise acceptance criteria for user stories, and acting as the authoritative source for all requirements.
- Making sophisticated product decisions with critical impact across the organization, conducting thorough impact analysis on stakeholders and systems, and anticipating and overcoming project bottlenecks.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the product's logical architecture, RESTful APIs, and OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, and leveraging AI/ML literacy to enhance product features.
- Collaborating closely with Software Development, QA, DevOps, and Experience Design teams in an agile fashion, conducting stakeholder analysis, and developing communication plans to ensure buy-in.
- Conducting User Research to identify and validate customer needs, thereby reducing development time and costly rework.
- Documenting both functional and Non-Functional requirements (security, privacy, legal, maintainability).
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
- Over 7 years as a Product Manager, with experience delivering web applications built on full-stack JavaScript and cloud platforms.
- Over 7 years experience managing the product backlog and releases.
- 2+ years building or overseeing AI/ML products and understanding how AI can drive product value.
- Over 7 years of experience in agile product delivery, with a strong command of Scrum principles.
- Skilled with RESTful APIs and OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect for secure system integration.
- Proficient in Confluence and JIRA for product documentation and workflow management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Desired Skills (Assets):
- Deep understanding of healthcare data standards and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
- Experience with healthcare integration projects.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects from initiation to completion.
