Responsibilities
- Agile Product Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery cycles, from ideation to launch. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives while ensuring the product backlog is meticulously prioritized.
- User-Centric Strategy: Apply design thinking and research-driven insights to guide product decisions, ensuring accessibility (AODA) and a seamless user experience across mobile and web interfaces.
- Standards & Ecosystem Translation: Translate complex technical concepts such as attestation, credential binding, and revocation registries into actionable requirements for engineering teams.
- Technical Feasibility & Architecture: Evaluate solution trade-offs across mobile app wallets, agents, and backend components. Support scalable product delivery by overseeing API design and microservices patterns.
- Compliance & Trust Frameworks: Align product roadmaps with industry standards and trust frameworks, including PCTF, NIST, and eIDAS, ensuring international interoperability and regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Build trusted relationships with partner ministries and industry governance bodies. Communicate technical roadmaps clearly to diverse audiences, from developers to C-suite executives.
Qualifications
Agile & Delivery Mastery:
- Proven experience establishing and maintaining agile environments for iterative digital products.
- Expertise in KPI management (adoption, issuance volume, trust scores).
- Strong background in removing delivery blockers and managing cross-functional dependencies.
Stakeholder & Technical Support:
- Excellent ability to communicate technical feasibility and operational risks (Solution options, performance implications).
- Experienced in setting clear expectations for delivery timelines and milestones in complex multi-partner environments.
Technical Foundation:
- Hands-on development or architectural experience (e.g., Kotlin, Swift, Node, Go, or Python).
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and mobile technologies (React Native).
- Experience building open SDKs, backend APIs, and secure system designs.
Digital Credentials Expertise:
- Deep understanding of W3C VC, DIDs, and cryptographic assurances.
- Practical knowledge of PCTF, NIST, and eIDAS frameworks.
- Ability to translate "Holder Binding" and "Status Lists" into user-focused requirements.
