Product Vision & Strategy: Define product vision and translate strategic business goals into comprehensive product roadmaps, high-level requirements, and detailed product backlogs.
Product Lifecycle Ownership: Manage products from concept to launch, including requirements gathering, customer feedback loop management, feature scoping, and continuous optimization.
Stakeholder & Development Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between client groups, business executives, and engineering teams, translating user needs into technical specifications.
Agile Leadership: Function as the Product Owner within Agile ceremonies—leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story definition, and retrospectives.
Market & Customer Insights: Identify product gaps, solicit direct customer feedback, analyze usage metrics, and drive product positioning strategies.
Product Advocacy & Collateral: Act as a product evangelist to build internal and external awareness, providing insights, documentation, and enablement collateral to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Product Management Seniority: 8+ years of dedicated experience in product management, owning and executing product roadmaps end-to-end (Strictly Required).
Data & AI Expertise: Proven professional experience delivering products within the data and AI domain (Strictly Required).
Agile & Traditional Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience acting as a Product Owner across both Agile and traditional project management methodologies (Strictly Required).
Strategy-to-Requirements Translation: Track record of translating overarching business strategies into defined product strategies and high-level requirements (Strictly Required).
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-management skills to align clients, executives, and technical teams (Strictly Required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing products within large-scale distributed systems involving complex multi-stakeholder environments.
