Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise-level cybersecurity initiatives and workstreams.
• Manage program governance through steering committees, executive dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor program risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing proactive mitigation plans.
• Maintain comprehensive program documentation including charters, budgets, and integrated schedules.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to align business goals with technical security requirements.
• Track program KPIs and financial performance to ensure alignment with enterprise risk priorities.
Qualifications
• Proven experience managing large-scale cybersecurity programs or complex IT projects.
• Deep understanding of security frameworks such as Zero Trust, IAM, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong background in program management methodologies and financial tracking.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, RFPs, and Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business impact.
