Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Transformation Strategy: Direct end-to-end organizational transformation plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation strategies, and executive governance frameworks.
Change Management Execution: Implement industry-standard change management methodologies, conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments, and deploy targeted change interventions.
Strategic Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop comprehensive communication plans, author executive briefings, key messages, FAQs, and presentations, and lead leadership workshops, town halls, and consultations.
Operating Model & Organizational Design: Facilitate the transition to future-state operating models, defining new organizational structures, roles, accountabilities, service delivery workflows, and governance processes.
Business Readiness & Adoption: Establish change champion networks, coordinate training and onboarding initiatives, monitor adoption metrics, and implement feedback loops to drive cultural alignment.
Performance Measurement & Governance: Develop executive dashboards, KPI tracking frameworks, and benefits realization models to monitor transformation progress and support leadership oversight.
Qualifications
Organizational Change Leadership: Proven experience leading complex, large-scale organizational transformation and change management programs using industry-standard frameworks (Strictly Required).
Stakeholder Impact & Readiness Analysis: Demonstrated expertise conducting stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, organizational readiness evaluations, and change planning (Strictly Required).
Strategic Communications & Executive Engagement: Extensive experience designing large-scale communication strategies and developing executive-level presentations, key messages, and briefing materials (Strictly Required).
Transformation & Program Governance: Demonstrated track record managing multi-workstream transformation programs, establishing change governance, and monitoring benefits realization (Strictly Required).
Public Sector Governance: Strong experience navigating public sector operating environments, including enterprise governance, approval processes, accountability frameworks, and labor relations considerations (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Familiarity with government digital service frameworks, Common Cluster Operating Models (CCOM), and product-based delivery principles.
