Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and update complex programs and projects, including financial schedules and contractual deliverables.
- Develop program and project plans that identify resource, time, and budgetary needs.
- Provide strategic advice on how to address complex contract/fiscal challenges and vendor performance issues.
- Host program meetings with managers and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage deadlines to ensure timely project completion.
- Track program milestones and support documentation for vendor deliverable acceptance.
- Proactively identify and manage multi-faceted risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Create and recommend financial tracking and reporting options.

Qualifications
- Advanced-level expertise in program management within a public service environment.
- Experience leading large-scale public safety radio or telecommunications projects.
- Superior leadership, consultation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in contract management and financials for a large, complex portfolio.
- Strong understanding of financial management and multi-year fiscal planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with standard project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
