- Manage complex, large-scale IT projects, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, breaking down large tasks into manageable pieces.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to agile principles.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance.
- Optimize processes to improve team efficiency and output.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple teams.
- Provide regular reports on project status and progress using tools like JIRA.
- Take ownership of project delivery to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications
- A Technical PM with a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and agile tools like JIRA.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, expectations, and conflicts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience in defining and tracking KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
