Responsibilities
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage a suite of integration projects, ensuring onboarding activities meet clinical business requirements on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between clinical health care sites, laboratories, and internal Client teams (ONE ID, Clinical Data Management, Product teams).
- Strategic Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and articulate risks and issues, developing robust mitigation strategies for senior decision-makers.
- Deployment Leadership: Ensure pre-go-live readiness, including technical configuration, conformance obligations, and workflow modifications within hospital and lab environments.
- Change Management: Lead workflow analysis and redesign to overcome resistance to change, facilitating the adoption of new digital tools through training and end-user support.
- Performance Reporting: Develop high-level status reports and deployment tracking logs for clients and regional leadership.
Qualifications
- Health Project Mastery: 8–10 years of experience managing electronic health projects, specifically the deployment of clinical software systems.
- Lab Domain Expertise: 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge regarding Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), lab workflows, and hospital business processes (admissions, health records).
- Public Sector & Privacy: Proven experience navigating healthcare privacy landscape, including PHIPA, FIPPA, and HPPA requirements.
- Matrix Management: Significant experience leading programs within large, matrixed organizational environments.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in MS Project and MS Teams, with experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Clinical Insight: A proven track record of working directly with healthcare professionals and clinicians to drive system adoption.
- Education: Degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PMP certification is highly desired.
