Responsibilities
- Technical SDLC Oversight: Monitor and track the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from planning and development through to testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring all technical dependencies are managed.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate all agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and ensure strict adherence to Scrum or Kanban principles using tools like JIRA.
- Roadmapping & Planning: Collaborate with technical leads to develop and maintain project roadmaps that align with overarching business goals.
Bottleneck Resolution: Proactively identify technical risks and resource bottlenecks, proposing actionable solutions to maintain project velocity.
- Task Decomposition: Break down complex, high-level technical requirements into smaller, manageable work items for development teams.
- Metrics & KPIs: Define and track performance metrics to measure team throughput and optimize process efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for client relationships, managing expectations, resolving conflicts between functional areas, and providing clear progress updates.
Qualifications
- Technical Depth: A strong grasp of modern software architecture and engineering practices. Proven experience guiding projects through every phase of the SDLC.
- Agile & PM Mastery: Extensive experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies with advanced proficiency in JIRA. Ability to manage projects with minimal initial definition.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and manage sensitive client relationships.
