- Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee program strategy development, ensuring all initiatives align with organizational goals and clinical requirements.

- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate implementation and adoption issues. Manage complex risks and service change requests within highly political environments.

- Compliance & Security: Engage with Legal, Privacy, and Security authorities to evaluate program responsibilities, ensuring adherence to strict data protection and legislative standards.

Qualifications
- Digital Clinical Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience managing digital projects, specifically involving the deployment of clinical software systems, information networks, and portal solutions.
- Project Management Mastery: 7 to 10 years of experience with core PM concepts including risk, scope, quality management, and change management.
- Executive Presence: Demonstrated ability to articulate executive expectations and present complex data to C-suite and leadership groups.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital clinical landscape, including Integrated Records Systems, Electronic Data Assets, and specialized clinical workflows.
- Regulatory Familiarity: Working knowledge of privacy policies and legislative processes related to personal information and data protection.
- Education & Certification: University degree in a related discipline. PMP (Project Management Professional) or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
