Responsibilities
- Define the program vision, scope, and success measures. Develop comprehensive multi-year roadmaps that integrate business priorities with technology capacity and budget constraints.
- Establish and maintain program governance structures, including decision-making forums, reporting hierarchies, and performance KPIs. Lead communication with senior executives and technical leadership to ensure transparency.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of program components. Drive status reporting regarding risks, dependencies, and budget health while ensuring adherence to IT policies.
- Develop and manage multi-year budgets, forecasts, and investment proposals. Optimize resource allocation across internal teams and third-party vendor partners.
- Proactively identify and mitigate program-level risks. Lead escalation management and cross-team dependency resolution.
- Provide coaching and direction to Project Managers, BAs, and technical leads. Foster a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications
- Progressive experience in IT program management, specifically leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and developing multi-year roadmaps.
- Deep proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and system integration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex contracts and third-party delivery partners.
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe; PROSCI Change Management; ITIL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
