Responsibilities
Migration Leadership: Plan and execute enterprise-grade migrations for voice and data network services, including SD-WAN and broadband internet.
Service Transformation: Lead I&IT service design and modernization initiatives, focusing on telecommunications infrastructure rationalization and design.
Project Governance: Develop project charters, integrated plans, and governance models; track complex issues/risks and manage project financials.
Vendor Management: Oversee vendor partners and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Executive Briefing: Prepare high-level materials and brief senior executives on project status, risk mitigation, and program problem management.
Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate complex client environments with political acuity and tact to obtain support for project-related deliverables and transitions.
Qualifications
Migration Expertise: Extensive experience in service implementation, migration, and transformation, particularly regarding large-scale telecommunications services.
Technical Breadth: Proven ability to manage large-scale migrations involving SD-WAN, broadband, and enterprise voice/data networks.
Enterprise Project Management: 10+ years of experience leading complex technology implementations and user migrations at an enterprise level.
Methodology: Deep knowledge of PM methodologies, including the development of integrated plans, risk registers, and financial reporting.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and documentation skills, with the ability to advise program leads and executives on sensitive project risks.
