Responsibilities
Service Migration & Transformation: Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-level voice, network, and SD-WAN migrations, focusing on telecommunications infrastructure rationalization and design.
Strategic Implementation: Support the introduction and transition of technical services and solutions, including the augmentation of existing network frameworks.
Project Leadership: Oversee complex technology implementations, workspace modernization, and large-scale user migrations.
Governance & Financials: Manage the full project lifecycle, including creating project charters, developing integrated plans, tracking risks/issues, and reporting on project financials.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary liaison between internal business units and external vendor partners to negotiate deliverables and obtain support for project milestones.
Executive Briefing: Develop strategic materials and provide high-level briefings to program leads and senior executives on program status and risk management.
Risk & Problem Management: Apply political acuity and tact to advise leadership on complex program problems and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
Migration Expertise: Extensive experience in enterprise-scale service implementation and transformation, specifically within large-scale voice, data network, and broadband internet migrations.
Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of SD-WAN technology, telecommunications infrastructure design, and migration methodologies.
Project Management: Proven depth of experience leading complex Enterprise level projects, including integrated plan development and the creation of governance models.
Vendor Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and external vendor partners while handling complex interdependencies.
Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive issues with political acuity and tact.
