Our client is looking for a Senior Program Manager for a 12 month contract in Toronto.

Rate: $692.4 - $725.61

Responsibilities
• Provide program management leadership and expertise of large scale, highly complex, high profile and high-risk initiatives that may be multi-jurisdictional and/or enterprise-wide.
• Ensure accountability for the program?s centralized group of projects and their successful full life cycle delivery.
• Ensure programs are delivered cost effectively and efficiently, and in compliance with organization?s methodologies, standards and frameworks.
Qualifications
Must Have:
• Experience providing program management leadership and expertise of large scale, highly complex, high profile and high-risk initiatives that may be multi-jurisdictional and/or enterprise-wide.
• Experience ensuring accountability for the program's centralized group of projects and their successful full life cycle delivery.
• Experience ensuring programs are delivered cost effectively and efficiently, and in compliance with organization's methodologies, standards and frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience understanding and articulating I&IT executive expectations and translating into program deliverables
• Experience directing, managing and leading multidisciplinary project teams including multiple Project Managers, each responsible for an element of the project and associated matrix team members
• Ability to track and report on deliverables across multiple large scale complex projects
• Hands on technical experience leading agile teams while providing timely and easy to understand briefings for executives
Nice to have:
• Previous OPS/Public Exp.
