Our client is looking for a Senior Program Manager for a 12 month contract in Toronto.
This is a hybrid role.
Rate: $655.71 - $700.41

Responsibilities
1. EIM Platform Implementation & Expansion
Develop and execute the enterprise EIM roadmap and phased implementation plan. Configure and deploy platforms across business domains, including workspace and content model design. Enable integration with enterprise systems (e.g., D365, CRM, M365) and establish environment and release management approaches.
2. Information Architecture & Governance
Define enterprise taxonomy, metadata, and classification frameworks (manual and AI-enabled). Establish records retention, disposition, and legal hold processes. Implement a scalable information governance operating model aligned with compliance requirements.
3. Content Migration & Digitization
Lead migration from shared drives and legacy systems, including data mapping, transformation, and validation. Define digitization approaches (where applicable) and ensure post-migration readiness, quality, and user adoption.
4. AI-Enabled Information Management
Develop and implement AI-driven classification, tagging, and metadata extraction capabilities. Integrate AI tools (e.g., Copilot, OpenText Aviator) and establish governance controls, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement practices.
5. Integration & Interoperability
Define integration architecture, API standards, and data exchange patterns. Enable end-to-end document lifecycle integration across systems, supported by interface specifications, testing, and validation.
6. Security, Privacy & Compliance
Establish access control models (RBAC), conduct privacy impact assessments, and ensure compliance with records and privacy legislation. Implement audit, monitoring, and security testing practices aligned to enterprise standards.
7. Adoption, Change Management & Training
Develop stakeholder engagement and business readiness strategies. Deliver training and support materials, track adoption metrics, and establish feedback loops to continuously improve user experience and uptake.
8. Digital Factory & Rapid Prototyping Enablement
Establish intake processes for business use cases and enable rapid prototyping in governed environments. Define evaluation criteria for scaling solutions, supported by clear guardrails and repeatable delivery patterns.
9. Technology Governance & Alignment
Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture (EA), ARB, TRB, and PMO processes. Define EIM standards, governance structures, and compliance reporting. Align delivery to the broader Enterprise Technology and Data Strategy.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
• 7+ years’ experience leading complex EIM or enterprise transformation programs, with demonstrated success delivering platform implementations (e.g., OpenText, M365) and information governance capabilities
• Proven ability to operate as a hands-on delivery leader, managing multiple interdependent workstreams while actively driving execution, unblocking issues, and maintaining momentum
• Strong expertise in information governance, content lifecycle management, and compliance, with the ability to align solutions to privacy, security, and enterprise standards
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions
• Public Sector Experience: Nice to Have
