âą Support the coordination and execution of core project activities across cross-functional teams
âą Manage integrated project schedules, risk logs, and detailed task tracking

âą Collaborate with internal teams to clarify expectations and support stakeholder communication
âą Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

Qualifications
Must Have:

âą Strong hands-on skills in project tools like MS Project, Planview, Jira, or Azure DevOps
âą Proven background working in healthcare-related public sector projects
âą Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed schedules, track deliverables, and assist with budget monitoring
âą Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills
Nice to Have:
đ Familiarity with immunization systems and public sector health data projects
đ Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile credentials
đ Understanding of clinical IT systems like Client and Provider Registries
đ Experience with OPS gating processes, EA artifacts, and standard development methodologies
đ Strong conflict resolution, consulting, and team facilitation skills
