Our client is looking for a Senior Project Control Officer for a 12 month contract in Toronto.
This is an onsite role.
Rate: $ 361.38- $ 406.07
Advantages

Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate stakeholder records, contact lists, and engagement documentation.
• Support planning and execution of work activities including stakeholder engagement.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries, monitor inboxes, and document feedback with insights and next steps.
• Develop and update engagement materials (key messages, briefings, letters, presentations).
• Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate activities, address needs, and maintain alignment.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, agendas, pre‑reads, and minute‑taking.
• Assist Project Managers and team leads in tracking deliverables, milestones, timelines, and maintaining structured project artifacts.
• Monitor project risks and mitigations, issues and follow‑up actions, and dependencies.
• Track key project metrics and key performance tracking toward program goals.
• Support Agile delivery with sprint activities, backlog support, and maintenance of work structure and items, state, dashboards and reports within Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Assist with program‑level change management activities, including communications, training, and readiness support during transformations or upgrades.
• Research regulatory and industry trends and contribute to assignments, as needed.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
· 5+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator in digital transformation, modernization, or technology‑enabled projects.
· Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (ADO)
· Experience coordinating engagement activities with internal teams, vendors, and external sector partners
· Experience supporting projects using Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
