Responsibilities
• Coordinate all aspects of the project management life cycle, from scoping and planning to tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to provide status updates, escalate issues, and identify project risks.
• Manage multiple initiatives, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare and present project deliverables to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Assist in documenting project status, tracking issues, and managing project budgets and schedules.
• Develop and manage systems to track the adoption and utilization of the new software.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and mock conversion processes.
Qualifications
• A degree or diploma in computer science or a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in project coordination, including SAP implementations and large-scale IT projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Visio, etc.) and project management tools.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Enhanced Security Clearance as a condition of employment.
