•At least 5 years’ experience in leadership roles overseeing multi-site CIS implementations or large-scale healthcare IT projects.
•Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, including project managers, clinical leaders, business stakeholders, and vendor partners.
•Proven track record managing multi-vendor environments and coordinating complex procurement and application rationalization efforts.
•Strong expertise in project management methodologies, including development and communication of integrated project plans, budgets, risk/issue management, and governance reporting.
•Experience developing and implementing organizational change management strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•Skilled in resource planning and demand management across clinical, technical, and business domains.
•Excellent communication skills, with at least 5 years’ experience engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
•Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed teams, employing collaboration strategies to maintain alignment and productivity.
•Advanced education or certifications in health informatics, health administration, or project management are considered an asset.
•Experience supporting transition of CIS implementations from project phase to long-term operational sustainment.
•Bilingual language skills are an asset
