Responsibilities
•Lead all phases of project management activities, including project initiation, detailed planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Qualifications

•Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience leading multiple related IT projects that align with organizational goals.
•At least 5 years of experience managing IT system development and support projects, coordinating both business and technical teams.
•2+ years of hands-on Agile project delivery experience, including full lifecycle management through Concept, Inception, Iteration, and Release phases.
•Proven experience in cost estimating, resource planning, scheduling, and time management to ensure successful project delivery.
•2+ years of experience in change management, including developing and executing organizational change plans in bilingual environments.
•Demonstrated understanding of IT system concepts and how technology impacts business processes and service delivery.
•Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional and multilingual teams.
•Current Project Management certification such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2.
•Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
