Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and focus groups to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and status reports to all levels of the organization.
• Develop and implement robust change management, risk management, and communication plans.
• Manage project tasks, track progress against milestones, and escalate issues as required to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring documentation is complete and consistent.
• Bridge communication between technical teams, business sponsors, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
• A university degree, diploma, or certificate in business, management, or a related discipline combined with 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience assisting clients in executing strategies involving technology, process, and IT operations.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in developing positive stakeholder relationships, delivering executive-level presentations, and creating formal communication plans.
• Demonstrated expertise (5+ years) in change management, conducting risk assessments, and understanding privacy and security concepts (ATIA/POPA).
• Must be able to successfully pass a Criminal Records Check and an Enhanced Security Clearance, which requires a minimum of three years of continuous residency in Canada or the United States.
