Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver large, complex projects using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies
• Manage internal and external resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Guide sponsors through project charters, scope, and engagement strategies
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, including capital/expense tracking
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and ensure governance compliance
• Contribute to process and methodology enhancements within the EPMO
• Provide coaching and mentorship in project delivery best practices
Qualifications
• 8+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in a senior/lead role
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
• Proven track record managing multiple high-complexity projects concurrently
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
