Responsibilities
•Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
•Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
•Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, and develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents using appropriate tools.
•Track project milestones and deliverables.
•Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
•Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
•Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
•Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the assigned projects.
Qualifications
•15+ years of total work experience as Project Manager, with a minimum of 5+ years of recent experience in performing the full life cycle of Agile project management responsibilities within information technology environments.
•5+ years of recent experience in managing the project management activities of web and mobile projects delivered using Agile methodology.
•5+ years of recent experience in working closely with business analysts, development team (front end and backend developers), testing team, and other business stakeholders.
•5+ years of recent experience in managing multi-vendor programs, RFP/RFI processes, contract negotiations, and vendor performance management.
•3+ years of recent experience in managing the migration of in premise web and mobile applications to cloud platforms.
•3+ years of recent experience delivering SCADA Historian implementations, including data acquisition, historian configuration, reporting, and operational analytics enablement.
•3+ years of recent experience implementing Smart Metring solutions, including system integration with utility billing, CIS, and data analytics platforms.
