•Experience delivering a full IT transformational project.
•5+ years working with cross-functional technical and business teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong experience presenting and communicating with senior-level stakeholders.
•2+ years supporting initiatives related to property appraisal, property mapping, or property tax policy.
•Familiarity with project portfolio management and technical tools (e.g., Clarity, Azure DevOps, Remedy).
•Current PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
•Public sector project experience in Canada.
