Responsibilities
âą Lead all phases of the PAM project lifecycleâfrom initiation through delivery and post-implementation
âą Define and manage project scope, charter, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and schedules
âą Implement PAM tools and workflows to secure privileged access across systems and applications
âą Align project objectives with cybersecurity and governance standards, compliance regulations, and enterprise risk frameworks
âą Coordinate with identity management, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration
âą Produce and maintain project artefacts: stakeholder maps, risk logs, change management plans, MS Project schedules, and more
âą Monitor vendor performance, oversee contract compliance, and lead procurement planning and negotiations
âą Facilitate executive communications, status updates, and presentations tailored to multiple audiences
âą Lead and mentor project staff, encouraging high performance, innovation, and collaboration
âą Manage cross-functional team deliverables, ensuring quality control and on-time completion
âą Ensure accessibility compliance (AODA), and support STRA and PIA activities where applicable
Qualifications
Must Have
âą Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience in enterprise systems
âą 10+ years of hands-on project management in enterprise or government IT environments
âą Active PMPÂź Certification (in good standing)
âą Experience managing IAM/PAM or cybersecurity-related projects at scale
âą Familiarity with security frameworks: LDAP, RBAC, SSO, MFA, PKI, etc.
âą Strong understanding of enterprise governance, risk, procurement, and contract processes
âą Ability to deliver executive-level communications and project documentation
âą Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
Nice to Have
đĄïž Familiarity with modern PAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic)
đ Experience managing organizational change initiatives
đ§© Background in AODA, STRA, and PIA compliance frameworks
đ€ Experience in the public sector or large-scale transformation projects
đ Hands-on experience preparing artefacts such as Risk Logs, OCM Plans, MS PowerPoint decks, and Project Charters
