Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, success measures, and corporate vision.
- Oversee the deployment of comprehensive systems covering risk management, business continuity, and privacy.
- Manage the implementation of cloud-based notification systems to enable multi-channel alerts via SMS, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces.
- Direct diverse teams of technology professionals, functional SMEs, and external vendors in a complex matrix environment.
- Manage and report on project budgets, support financial planning, and maintain accurate documentation for capital and operational expenditures.
- Produce essential project artifacts including detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), status reports, and risk/issue logs.
- Facilitate communication between senior leadership, steering committees, and operational teams to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Lead RFP development, vendor evaluation, and contract awarding processes for technology services.
Qualifications
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI is mandatory.
- 5–7 years managing complex, cross-functional application and infrastructure projects.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Successfully delivered at least 5 separate large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Expert knowledge of MS Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with accessibility requirements, privacy legislation, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to resolve complex issues through effective negotiation, mediation, and facilitation.
