Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives involving ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
· Manage financial systems projects aligned with Ontario policies and regulatory requirements.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
· Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery centers.
· Oversee and coordinate the work of offshore development and support teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
· Monitor project risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
· Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients through status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
· Ensure all deliverables comply with Ontario standards, procurement rules, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
· 5+ years’ project management experience in IT, preferably in the sector
· 5+ year’s proven experience with ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects
· Knowledge of financial systems, budgeting, and reporting processes in Ontario or other Canadian jurisdictions
· Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Required Qualifications:
· Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.
· Strong track record of successfully managing offshore development teams.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.
· ITIL certification, particularly with focus on ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM).
· Experience working with Ontario, agencies, or Crown corporations.
· Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
