Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Leader for a 9 month contract in Toronto.
This is a hybrid role 3 Days onsite / 2 days remote.

Responsibilities
- Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high risk projects for OPS I&IT initiatives.
- Ensures project deliverables meet clients’ business requirements on time, scope and budget.
- Leads all project activities for the development and submission of the Treasure Board Business Case for the CCMP implementation funding approval through planning, scoping and execution to completion using OPS and industry-standard project management methodologies.
- Provides strategic advise and ensures engagements across project team, stakeholders.
- Supports Digital First Assessment (DFA) for both Enterprise Discovery and Alpha phases.
- Supports solution options analysis and architecture governance approvals, e.g., Architecture Review Board (ARB) checkpoints.
- Provides risk management and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of enterprise-wide outcomes.
Qualifications
Must haves:
- PMP certified, 10+ years of overall IT project management experience
- Project, program and portfolio management, business transformation and process improvement experience on large, complex enterprise systems and products (including COTS, and cloud-based solutions, etc.), experience with multi governance.
- Ability to create and maintain a product road map and product backlogs, provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the development, implementation and maintenance of large scale IT projects
- Ability to think holistically and horizontally about business problems and opportunities and ensure strategic alignment between cross-functional programs/activities.
