Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Leader for a 9 month contract in Toronto.
This is a hybrid role- 3 days on site and 2 remote .

Responsibilities
- Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap, detailing feature releases, enhancements, and long-term product vision.
- Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features based on their impact, value, and feasibility, balancing short-term needs with the long-term product strategy.
- Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with organizational standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular updates and feedback sessions with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor and collaborate with junior Product Managers, providing guidance on best practices and helping them grow in their roles. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure team development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Experience delivery in a tight deadline and high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills, leading and hands-on exp.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex, multi-phase projects in a regulated environment.
- Proven ability to meet project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, especially on multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects, multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact project timelines, budget, or deliverables.
