Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for ServiceNow enhancements and other security platforms, including SIEM and SOAR.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as plans, resource forecasts, and risk registers.
- Gather and refine requirements for workflows, intake processes, dashboards, and reports within ServiceNow.
- Coordinate with operations teams, vendors, and third-party integrators to ensure smooth deployment and support.
- Embed cybersecurity best practices and "secure by design" principles into platform configurations and integrations.
- Represent and facilitate project meetings, providing executive-level status reporting and recommendations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues with clear mitigation strategies.
- Champion continuous improvement by soliciting user feedback and driving platform enhancements.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Demonstrated experience managing ServiceNow delivery and its integration with SIEM platforms.
- Proven expertise as a Project Manager/Leader in the cybersecurity domain.
- Experience in soliciting user feedback, tracking performance KPIs, and driving platform enhancements aligned with security outcomes.
- Strong client engagement skills related to cybersecurity outcomes.
Experience & Skills:
- Advanced project management experience in IT modernization and security-focused initiatives.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and security operations tooling (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
- Ability to translate security requirements into scalable platform configurations.
- Proficiency with project management frameworks such as PMBOK and Agile/Scrum, and ITIL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executives.
- Familiarity with public-sector standards and regulations.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/CSOC application development.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management tools (e.g., Defender, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7).
- Prior experience in government or large regulated organizations.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or ITIL v4 Foundation.
