You will provide expert technical standards knowledge and project management support for the Digital Health Standards Program, ensuring the successful delivery of standards components and specifications.

Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct data standards research, assessments, and analysis for harmonization and interoperability, with an emphasis on FHIR and clinical terminologies (SNOMED-CT, LOINC).
- Provide end-to-end support for the development and maintenance of data standards specifications (Terminology & Data Exchange).
- Conduct requirements gathering, develop documentation, and lead partner engagement and facilitation with diverse stakeholders (clinical, business, and technical).
- Develop strategies, prepare business cases, and conduct feasibility studies for digital health I&IT initiatives.
- Perform current state assessments and gap analyses to identify and mitigate implementation and adoption issues.
- Contribute to Terminology Services Redesign, including developing current and future state workflows for Enterprise Terminology Services Management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in digital health standards and partner engagement/facilitation for digital health initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of digital exchange standards, specifically FHIR, and clinical terminologies like SNOMED-CT and LOINC.
- Extensive knowledge of applicable terminology tools, such as Ontoserver, and experience with pan-Canadian standards.
- Experience performing current state assessments and gap analysis.
- Experience and/or knowledge implementing terminology services and solutions.
- Must have prior Public Sector Experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on highly complex IT projects with internal and external stakeholders, ideally in the public sector.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on managing tight deadlines.
