Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Leader for a 6 month contract in Toronto.
This is a hybrid role.
Advantages

• Hybrid - Candidate MUST work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote - Starting October 20, resources are expected to come into the office 4 days per week. Starting January 5, resources are expected to come into the office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
• Managing cross-functional teams of business analysts, designers, and developers; establishing working groups and stakeholder forums to support project delivery
• Identifying, prioritizing, and articulating risks and issues at senior executive levels; developing and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Proactively managing conflicts related to resources, schedules, costs, and deliverables, ensuring commitments are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Anticipating and resolving problems to maintain quality standards and stakeholder expectations..
Qualifications
MUST HAVES:
• 5+ years of knowledge and experience working with federal/provincial/broader public sector healthcare related projects
• Demonstrated alignment with the Ontario Digital Service Standard, ensuring delivery practices reflect user-centered design, accessibility, privacy, and security principles.
• Identifying, prioritizing, and articulating risks and issues at senior executive levels; developing and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Driving agile delivery with product-focused teams; collaborating with business analysts and system designers to define scope, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and ensure alignment with operational/IT needs.
