Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Leader for a 4 month contract in Toronto.
This is a hybrid role.

From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully.
Responsibilities
• Leads organizational development, strategy development, business planning, and funding requests.
• Gathers and develops requirements to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan.
Qualifications
Must Have:
• Experience utilizing, managing and understanding various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and scalable minimum viable products.
• Experience leading, facilitating and initiating large-scale technology infrastructure procurements.
• Knowledge and experience with creating, augmenting and negotiating Licensing agreements and IT Software Statements of Work
• Experience in developing Treasury Board or SPP submissions
Nice to have:
• Prior OPS/Public Sector exp.
Desirable Skills: 
Knowledge and understanding of Project Management’s Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge
Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices
Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
Experience in structured, object oriented and agile methodologies for user requirements
Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) based on Ontario Enterprise Architecture processes and practice
