Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Leader for a 4 month contract in Toronto.
This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities
• Developing comprehensive project plans and frameworks
• Working with the technical ream to conducting data analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Facilitating stakeholder engagement and change readiness
• Working with the team assessing technical and financial preparedness for future execution
• Coordinating across teams to ensure alignment of infrastructure, software, and support models with modern standards.
Qualifications
Must have:
• 10+ years of experience
• Expertise in applying project management theory, methodologies and techniques to provide overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects ensuring consistency with enterprise mandate, objectives and strategies.
• Experience developing and managing complex projects, estimating resources and preparing/presenting submissions for approval.
• Political acuity to deal with sensitive situations, to work strategically with government stakeholders and develop appropriate responses to ensure projects reflect the overall enterprise objectives and priorities.
• Knowledge of IT systems, tools and databases to develop comprehensive implementation plans. (Azure, Migration, On prem to Cloud)
Nice to have
• OPS experience
• Experience in Corporate Governance and Treasury Board Submissions.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in planning complex, multi-year technology programs
Strong understanding of cloud transformation, enterprise IT, and modernization strategies
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive organizational change
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
