Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle—from concept and definition to implementation and close-out—ensuring compliance with OPS methodologies.

Qualifications
- Project Management Mastery: 10+ years of hands-on experience managing large, complex enterprise application development projects (multi-year/multi-million dollar budgets).
- Agile Expertise: 7+ years of experience managing agile, iterative, or scrum-based projects.
- Vital Events Experience: 3+ years of experience specifically leading complex, public-facing vital events initiatives for the citizens of Ontario.
- Technical Breadth: 5+ years of experience managing technical tasks including solution design, testing, platform patching, and end-to-end electronic solution delivery.
- Documentation Skills: Proven ability to create business cases, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), and Threat Risk Assessments (TRA).
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and agile tracking tools (Jira/Kanban).
- Public Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, release, and problem management) and government gating/procurement procedures.
